In my daily life, I have had many chances to communicate with people who have different values and backgrounds from me. At first, I thought that people who had different opinions were difficult to understand. However, through talking with them, I learned that having different values does not mean that one person is right and the other is wrong. It often means that we have different experiences that shape the way we think.
One of the biggest things I learned was that I should not judge people too quickly. For example, I once talked with someone who had a very different way of thinking from me. When we talked about school and our future, we had completely different opinions. I thought this person was too serious and did not understand my feelings.
